Initiate Your Request
Log into your ADASA account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
